Big format, we use water based ink with zero environmental impact.
SCREEN PRINTING:
Big format printing, each color is printed using an individual film positive. Followed by a photographic process on the mesh.
SILK SCREEN PRINTING:
 We transfer the design from silk screen to paper using sublimation ink.
SUBLIMATION:

Thermal transfer from paper to textile. This process doesn’t affect the fabric perspiration and softness.

DESIGN:
Using the most advanced software, our designers create staggering designs.
PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPOSURE:
Using ultraviolet light to process the film positive on the silk screen.
PATTERN MAKING:
Using an automatic plotter and pattern design software, we arrange patterns and speed up cutting process.
CUTTING:
The patterns are placed over layers of fabric, then we start cutting.
MERGING:
Thanks to this process we give a 3D shape to our chamois pads.
DIE CUT:
Using our exclusive die and high pressure we give the final shape to our chamois pads.
